Timothy,
E-eh... I don't know why, it's not like I want to be invisible, it just happens. A-and yes, I do get letters from Al and some of the other states and a few others, but that doesn't change it, eh. It just means that they notice when I write.
It might be easier if you call Kumadari just Kuma, eh. I wasn't forgetting to feed him, I just wasn't feeding him on the usual schedule, I kept feeding him late because I was trying to finish something. Kumakora didn't like that, he doesn't care if I'm busy, and messed up my office. ...Maybe I should start just calling him Kuma too, eh?
Sincerely, Uncle Matthew

Dear Uncle Matthew,
I know that you don't want to be invisible, but you really are not... Not to everyone. Not to my people, anyway, even if they're only a small fraction of Father's in the end. It shouldn't matter if some idiots cannot remember you. Many of Texas's people think that I am a different country altogether and that English is my second language, but I do not let them bother me because they are complete imbeciles. So you should not let the idiots bother you either, Uncle Matthew.
Then I shall call him Kuma. Oh, I see... I apologize for insinuating otherwise. Though I do understand how you feel, it is difficult sometimes to stay on the same feeding schedule while attempting to juggle work. ...Do you require assistance with putting your office back into order?
Sincerely, Timothy

Timothy,
I've been finding that out. Most of the other states I share a border with that have talked to me can see me, and Emily can as well. It's the more southern states that don't seem to remember me. And other nations...well, Prussia has taken to calling me 'Herr Hat' last I talked to him. That's Al's fault, introducing me as his hat. North Italy seemed to be able to see me well enough, but I don't know if that will be all the time or just some of the time, eh. I haven't seen other nations outside of meetings much, so I don't know if they'll notice me more when Russia isn't sitting on me. They do? Don't they know the other-wait, it's Texas' people, I've heard stories about them. So they're really aren't that smart, eh? I'll try not to, eh.
No, I don't need any help. I got everything back where it belonged eventually.
Kuma said to tell you "Hi" from him.
Sincerely, Uncle Matthew *slightly muddy pawprint from Kuma*

Dear Uncle Matthew,
Very good then, you should not assume that you are invisible to everyone, and you should be in the mindset that anyone who does think you as invisible is not worth your time. ...Uncle Matthew the further south you go in our country, the less intelligent the people become, you should know that. Herr...Hat? ...Father is still referring to you as 'America's Hat'...? That's just ridiculous... Hopefully Prussia sees the folly in his ways, or is at least only teasing you. Ah, you mean Feliciano, ja? I am sure that it is an all-the time situation, he has always been a considerate person in that way. I hope that the rest of the nations will follow in their example as well. Yes, well, not all of Texas's people think that, of course, but I have met many who do. And you are quite right, many of those stories are based on fact. Of course there are exceptions to the rule, but George W. Bush came from that state for a reason.
Well, then I...believe that Houdini is also attempting to say hello, if the way he is attempting to break down the front door. I swear that bull is asking to be turned into a week's worth of steaks...
Sincerely, Timothy

Timothy,
I-I'll try, eh. I don't get to see or talk to most of the states, so no, I shouldn't know that. Eh...well, he was the last time he introduced me to Prussia, whenever that was. I-I'd like for Prussia to stop calling me that, but he'd probably come up with something worse, s-so I'll just let him keep calling me Herr Hat for now. Yes, Feliciano. He was attempting to control Prussia last time we talked. I'm sure you can guess how well that worked. Y-you really think so? That would be great! Oui, it does explain a lot about Bush Jr.
Well, tell him that Kuma and I say Hi back, and if you do turn him into steaks, send me one, alright?
Sincerely, Uncle Matthew

Sadiq,
Me too, eh.
Oh, i-it's no trouble, really! I have tons of it around the house sent some of each in a package. I'm not sure when it will get to you, though. Once you've gotten it and tried them, tell me what you think, eh?
So, how have you been? Last I heard was when you got snowed in.

I've been good, the snow finally melted so its a lot better around here now. How's it going up there for you?

Vážení Canada, Czech is fine, no I don't mind. Really? Why, děkuji! I play when I can, but lately I've been pretty busy as well. Slovakia and I decided to take some time off, though, to go get a drink. Back when me and Slov were married, we used to practice together all the time. Now we're rivals when it comes to sports as far as rivalry goes. Do you ever practice with anyone? -Czech ((>.< Sorry, somehow your letter slipped under the radar and I just realized I hadn't answered it yet)) Czech, Well, sometimes I play for-fun games with some of the humans that live nearby, I'll practice with some of my teams on occasion, and when we've both got the time Al and I will play together. The games with my people are fun, but I have to hold back too much, eh. My favorite games are with Al, we go all out and he leaves with at least as many injuries as I do. - Canada

Dear Uncle Matthew,
But you've had to hear stories... Many of the best insults against my southern brethren have come from visitors from your country, after all... It is quite humorous, even though I hear just as many jokes against us Midwestern states and just America in general. Your people are not as nice as they would like to claim, Uncle Matthew. I find it quite an interesting experience to speak with one of your people, always a good source of conversation. I see... Well, I guess that Prussia may simply be calling you that out of some sort of fond teasing rather than an insult against your nation like Father does sometimes... Though, why would he call you something worse, if you do not mind me asking. ...Please tell me that someone managed to hit the idiot before he did Feliciano any lasting damage. That man is far too...well, far too... There really isn't a perfectly fitting word for what Feliciano is about that, other than very...sensitive about being yelled at. Of course I think so, Uncle Matthew. You are only as invisible as you make yourself be. I am quite sure if you become more self confident, or you let yourself get angry at them like you do on an ice rink they will not be forgetting you quite so soon, ja?
Of course, Uncle Matthew. And while I did not manage to turn my pet into any steaks, I still have plenty from the local butchers and I'm always glad to share. I am proud of my state's beef products, after all. If there is anything else you would like to try, please don't hesitate to ask, Uncle Matthew.
Sincerely, Timothy

Al, I-I don't get it either. And it really sucks when Russia sits on me... EH?! I'm Canada, not canadia! If you're going to make people look up my country, at least get the name right! You? Nervous? Al, it's going to be fine. You love her with everything you are; I know that, you know that, and I'm sure she knows that too, eh. And she loves you just as much. Even if you do screw something up, I doubt it would be bad enough to make her call off the wedding. And you know I'll be right there next to you. I'll do my best to be visible to everyone too, so that they all know I've got your back like always. Relax, eh? Love, Mattie MATTY MATTY OH DEAREST BROTHER MINE! Sorry 'bout your troubles with him man. I'll try and remember to talk to him about it I see him sitting on you again. Well Dude right! C-A-N-A-D-A! I totally meant that! Of course I'm nervous! This is probably the biggest thing I've ever done in my life! Bigger than than than like almost anything! Thanks Matty. I don't know what I'd do without you the level headed North America. Even if the stupid people don't see you I'll know you're there and that's what matters. No matter anything else we're brother's and I've got your back too Matty. I'll try... Love, Al

Timothy,
Al's people are just too easy to make fun of, eh. And my people really are nice, all of that is just payback for being called Canadia and America's Hat. Eheh... I'm glad you think my people are good conversationalists.
I hope so. I don't know, it was just a thought, eh. He didn't do any damage to Feliciano that I know of.
If I got fully into hockey mode with them while mad they wouldn't be able to try to forget until the bruises faded. I-I don't think I could do that, I don't want to hurt them eh.
I won't. A-and if you want anything maple, ask me, alright? I've got the best, eh!
Sincerely, Uncle Matthew

Sadiq,
Eheh...I-I...eh...Th-thanks for the compliment. Y-You said you love sweets, so I had to share my favorites once I knew you hadn't tried them.
It's been good here. Warming up more now and a little rainy, but it really feels like spring.

Al,
Merci! Sure you did.
No problem, Al. I know what you'd do - you'd make a fool of yourself freaking out to Arthur about it. The level-headed one, eh? Thanks for the compliment Al!
Maybe we should get together for a little one-on-one hockey game, eh? That could help you relax for a little while.
Love, Mattie

Matthew,
I must confessed, I haven't tried them yet...i haven't been in the mood to eat sweets, I haven't been in much of a mood lately at all. I'm not doing to well Matthew, once I'm doing better I promise I'll try them. Nothing tastes right currently and I wouldn't want to waste them when I can't taste them right
Sadiq
That is good that it is warming up there. Good weather is always nice.

Sadiq,
It's alright, wait until you're in the mood for them, I wouldn't want you to force them down just to tell me what you thought. You aren't doing well? Are you sick, or has something happened? F-feel free to tell me if it's none of my business, eh... If there's anything I can do to help you feel better, let me know.
