I can't guarantee to hit everyone, but the Italies are definitely in line and so are Bavaria & Prussia.

Another Letter
Mr. Germainia,
I’m sending this letter to inform you that Gilbert and Joseph have managed to land themselves in detention again. They started a shouting match at lunch insulting each other and using words that should not be used in front of the younger students. However you may be glad to hear that the lunchroom monitors were able to step in before it degenerated any further. Even while they were being escorted to the Principals office they were arguing about who started it.
In your last letter you asked to hear about their class work so far this semester, I’m afraid little has changed since the last semester. Gilbert is barely passing his classes due to a lack of effort. He has no desire to pay attention in class and refuses to study or do any homework. When questioned he simply states that he is “too awesome” to do so. He is also apparently “too awesome” to be made to follow the no pets rule. I’m going to have to ask that you come here and take his bird home as soon as possible.
There have also been some problems with Gilbert trying to convince the other children that his middle name is Awesome. This behavior has to stop; he’s confusing the fifth graders. Mr. Anan actually came up to me and asked it if was true and poor Mr. Fernández Carriedo seems to have been completely taken in by this ruse. He’s been spoken with several times, but perhaps you could try as well, he doesn’t seem to be listening to his teachers.
On the other hand, besides these conflicts with Gilbert, Joseph has been doing very well. He’s getting excellent grades in all of his classes. He and his cousin Mr. Edelstein are often competing for the top grades in their lessons. We spoke today after his lesson and when I mentioned I would be contacting you he said to send his apologies for getting into another fight with his half-brother and to let you know that he has been doing amazing.

I was wrong. Kiku ended up being next
Mr. Kiku Honda,
Thank you for your generous offer to continue to stay here as a tutor even after your graduation.
Principal Janus asked me to inform you that he is pleased to accept your offer; however he refuses to allow you to do so without accepting some sort of pay. You’ll have to discuss that with him, however.
I’m sure Feliciano will be delighted to continue his lessons with you, he was terribly sad when he thought he wasn’t going to be able to see you again. Just remember that as a tutor you have the authority to punish him if he gets out of line. That includes if he’s hugging you and invading your personal space rather than working diligently on his lessons.
We didn’t get much opportunity to speak this past year, but I hope we will be able to in the next few years. I’m sure that you will do fine if Feliciano’s grades continue to improve as much as they did last semester.
Your new coworker, Jane Gaia Teacher, The Scholastic Excellence Academy

*laughs* Apparently he was saying he would do it as a community service project and the principal declined that offer and feels the need to pay him so he's staff. That way he doesn't have to get one of the teachers to have the authority to deal with Feli if he's not behaving xD
Kiku apparently had to get help from the teachers to remove Feliciano from clinging before, now it just means he can threaten to punish if Feli doesn't let go without needing another teacher.

Gah this one ended up long.
Mr. Rome,
I’m happy to inform you that your grandsons are both doing fairly well with their studies. Feliciano’s work has improved immensely ever since we placed him in the mentor program with Mr. Honda. There should be no need to worry about Feliciano’s grades dropping off again now that Mr. Honda has graduated. Principal Janus has hired him on as a permanent tutor for Feliciano.
There have been a few problems with Feliciano’s behavior, but nothing too severe. He has a tendency to cling to his brother and Mr. Honda which has interfered with school activities, and he needs to stop doodling on his homework and notes. His artwork is lovely and he excels in his art lessons, but he does need to try and keep his artwork to those lessons and his free time. You might be interested to learn that he attempted to rally the school to petition for pasta dishes for lunch and dinner every day. While the Principal has refused to do such a thing, Feliciano did manage to get nearly half the other students on his side. What that child can do when he’s motivated is simply amazing.
We are also still having some difficulties with Feliciano and the ladies. He’s a constant flirt and it’s becoming disruptive to classes and it seems to cause some tension with his brother as well. He’s been spending more time in the ladies company recently and more and more often I’ve been finding him leaving the girls dorm wearing Miss Héderváry’s old uniforms. This is causing his brother and some of the other boys no small amount of confusion and some distress. He’s been spoken to about it before, but so far it does not seem to have gotten through to him.
Both Feliciano and Lovino lack sufficient motivation in their Physical education lessons, in fact they often nap through them instead. Their Instructor has punished them several times and they still persist in this behavior. He has stated that he is beginning to become very irritated as he has offered every option available to them, even offering them self defense lessons to try and help them to cope with the bullying they have received. (Poor Feliciano has been found in tears several times just this week and while Lovino likes to pretend it doesn’t bother him and be tough it’s obvious that it’s affecting him as well...)
Anyway, Lovino is still passing all his classes, but his penmanship is atrocious and it’s affecting his grades. He could probably do better if his teachers could understand what he was writing. Lovino has been caught using unsavory language several times this year and appropriate discipline has been administered. He is also still having problems controlling his temper and has gotten into several fights with other boys, both those older and those younger than him. Like I mentioned before, he keeps trying to pretend that he’s one of the tough guys. He even stormed the middle school section during lunch earlier this week to shout at his cousin, Mr. Fernández Carriedo, and throw tomatoes at him. He nearly made the poor boy cry.
And that leads me to your granddaughter, Miss Angelica. I’m sure you would be quite proud of her. She and Miss Kirkland-O'Hara both stepped up to defend their friend. Of course we did still have to punish them because fighting is not allowed, but it was quite sweet to see her stand up to her big brother to defend her cousin. She has gotten into a few fights, but more often than not she has not been the instigator, rather she has just stepped in to back up one of her friends. She has been doing well with all her lessons, although she could use some lessons in penmanship as well.
I assure that I will do everything in my power to keep your “bambini” safe and out of trouble.
Sincerely, Jane Gaia Teacher, The Scholastic Excellence Academy

*grins* Hopefully I'll be able to get through everyone on my list and then they'll leave me alone. ^-^
I'm glad you like this. Apparently even in this world Hungary can't help dressing Feli in her old clothes. *snickers*

Hopefully~ Maybe the reason he keeps letting her do it despite the bullying is she has dirt on him or something. XD *grins* So, are they older or younger than Tonio?

Well... This letter is written in Jane's Second year teaching so they're approximately... (just to cover everyone in the letter about Italies...)

Okay... *nods to self* Oh Lovi, why must you pick on the little ones? *amused, far too amused* Has Luddi already graduated then, or does Feli just not know him yet?

Luddi's a strange case where he's been warped much younger. He enters that school 19 years after this letter would have taken place as an 8th grader and Prussia's ward.
Edit: *head desk* now that I think about it... it might only be 9 or 10 later. Technically Prussia only needs to have been graduated for a while (because Luddi's his much younger brother) and Jane to be principal which I've been debating as 10 years after hired as a teacher.
