Letters from Jane Gaia, The Scholastic Excellence Academy.
AN1: These are letters to the Parents/Guardians from The Scholastic Excellence Academy where Nations apparently are going to school now.
AN2: Blame for this goes first to Germany, Corinna, and Airi. Blame for this goes Secondly to Silv & Turkey.
AN3: These letters are taken from 2 Era’s. There’s when Jane is in her first few years teaching, and then there’s Jane as the Principal. People fall in one or the other depending on what came to mind.
(most of the time Principal letters were written first and then we went back in time, but posting order it reversed because I feel like it)
I don't know if there will be more or not.
If you have any suggestions let me know who the student is and who the parent/guardian is.
Mr Gilbert Beilschmidt,
We are pleased to inform you that your ward, Ludwig Beilschmidt, has made outstanding improvements in all his subjects since his transfer to this academy this past fall. In fact he has evidenced an aptitude for learning most of his subjects, especially physical education, and is one of the most responsible and reliable students we have seen at this academy. He has kept his dorm room clean and organized in a way that the cleaning staff says that they have not even seen from their own most veteran members.
All that being said we do still have some concerns over your wards progress in other areas. While all his teachers have said that he is a dedicated student who tries very hard to excel in his lessons and that while it may take him a while to understand the lesson he almost always gets there in the end. They have also had concerns over his social skills.
Ludwig still appears to have difficulty interacting with the other children. It often seems as if he cannot grasp the subtleties of interaction and body language that one uses to determine how something said is meant. He also has expressed confusion over his own feelings and interactions when speaking to his guidance councilor. We have recommended him for extra sessions with his councilor; however he has declined to do so. We cannot pursue the issue further without consent from his guardian.
We hope that you will consider this and return your reply to us promptly.

Principal, The Scholastic Excellence Academy
Cin Koruyucu,
Hello again. I’m sorry to have to bother you again so soon, but the little warrior’s gotten himself in trouble again. Barely three weeks into the semester and we’re on the sixth letter and detention every night already. Sadiq really needs some assistance in controlling his temper. I know that some of the other children have been teasing him because of his clothing and the mask, and we’ve already taken steps to discipline them, but he needs to try and come to a teacher rather than losing his temper and attacking them.
You know that I barely managed to keep him from being expelled last year with everything that happened. I’m not sure that Principal Alphonse Janus will allow me to pull strings like that again. Is there any way that you could try to talk to him and get him to come to one of us first before he gets himself into a situation that he can’t fight his way out of?
He really is a good student when he puts his mind to it. I would hate to have his education disrupted because he can’t keep himself under control when he’s really such a good child.
Sincerely,
Jane Gaia
Concerned Teacher.
Mr. Sadiq Adnan,
We are sending this letter to inform you of our concerns regarding your ward, Heracles Karpusi. While the young man is a decent student and is doing acceptable work in his classes his teachers are distressed over his sleeping habits. Mr. Karpusi has an alarming tendency to fall asleep during his lessons and meals without warning. The nurse has expressed her concerns and has advised perhaps prescribing him a sleep aid so that he will rest enough in the evenings. Should you give your permission we can start such a plan immediately.
There have also been complaints by the housekeeping staff that your ward has again amassed a number of felines in his room which he is keeping as pets. I would like to remind you that pets are not allowed on the premises and should this continue we will have to take action. You know how I hate to have to give detentions or suspensions, little warrior. So could you please come and pick them up to bring them home as soon as possible?
Overall Heracles is a wonderful polite boy despite his frequent naps and breaking the rules to keep cats. We are overjoyed that you would enroll him here just as you were enrolled in your youth. He’s certainly less trouble than you, fighter that you were. I hope you’ve become better at keeping your temper, Little Warrior.
Fondly,
Jane Gaia
Your former teacher
Principal, The Scholastic Excellence Academy
Ms. Avalon,
I’m doing quite well and settling into the new job. Thank you for your kind welcome, and if you could pass my thanks on to the rest of the PTA I would appreciate it.
I’m sorry to have to inform you that the rest of this letter is on less pleasant news. The boys have both been doing well in their lessons, but they’ve been caught fighting again and this time they ended up being sent to the nurse with some scrapes. They’ve been assigned detention as well.
It was one thing when they were only competing over academics, but it’s escalated into physical fights and little Arthur is coming out much worse for it, although by the looks of it he must have gotten in a couple decent hits as well. If this continues Arthur and Hamish could be facing suspension.
You were right to warn me that they’re like oil and water. Recently the two have been fighting because of the Bonnefoy boy. Hamish likes him and has become his friend, but apparently he rubs Arthur the wrong way. As soon as they meet insults start flying and then fists.
I really am sorry to have to inform you of this news. Perhaps you can try speaking to them?
Sincerely,
Jane Gaia
Concerned Teacher
Mr. Arthur Kirkland,
We are sending this letter to inform you of your son’s progress. Mr. Jones has been doing exceptionally well with his studies recently. Whatever you said to him after last quarter’s dismal results obviously had an effect on him. He’s become quite the diligent student and has even begun to participate in his lessons and ask questions when he does not understand.
However he’s still displaying a streak of stubbornness that is hindering some of his education. His English homework is still rather poor, as are his grades in world history and geography. He has difficulty recalling anything that does not involve The United States of America. He has become fixated on that one country to the apparent exclusion of all others, believing at points that it is the only country in the world.
Should you be amenable to the prospect we would like to send Alfred to additional tutoring sessions for those subjects in which he has displayed such difficulty. The nurse has also recommended implementing a new diet for the child as he has refused to eat sound meals and is endangering his health.
We hope for your prompt reply.
Sincerely,
Jane Gaia

Ms. Gaul,
I’m sending this letter to inform you of some disciplinary problems regarding your son, Francis Bonnefoy. We have gotten several complaints from various young ladies of his inappropriate advances, including some of the other teachers. Also he has recently taken to fighting with one of the other boys. For a student who had, according to his records, been so well behaved up until this time the academy has become quite concerned.
He also seems to have difficulty accepting responsibility for his actions. He seems to think he can talk his way out of any punishment. I have informed him that this isn’t the case and he has received several detentions, but he has failed to show up for them. He seems to think himself quite the charmer, and has gotten several other teachers to assist him in escaping punishment.
I believe you need to have a serious talk with him. Should he continue behaving in such a way with his teachers the consequences for them all could be quite dire.

Teacher, The Scholastic Excellence Academy
Mr. Francis Bonnefoy,
We are sending this letter to inform you of your son’s progress. Mr. Williams is a delightful student who has been excelling at all his lessons. He has also shown behavioral improvement this semester, leaving his polar bear plush “Kumajirou” in his room while attending his lessons and mealtimes. However he still remains nearly silent in classes and many of his classmates fail to notice him unless the teacher has called on him.
We are worried for his social and mental development due to his peers’ apparent disregard for his presence. Sometimes they walk into him or have sat on him without appearing to see him at all. He never seems to complain, even when mistaken for another pupil of our academy, Mr. Jones, and his teachers and guidance councilor are becoming quite concerned. Especially over his insistence that this negligence indicated that he is not visible at all. He’s become quite surprised when he is called upon and noticed.
This letter is also to serve as a reminder to remember to come and pick up Mr. Williams from the campus next Thursday for the beginning of holiday. You really must learn to remember these things Mr. Bonnefoy or he might begin to think that you aren’t seeing him either.
Jane Gaia
Principal, The Scholastic Excellence Academy
P.S. Mr. Bonnefoy, I have to decline your invitation to a “private dinner” It would be most inappropriate. And don’t think I’ve forgotten what you were like when you were in school. You always were a charmer, but it’s not going to work now any better than it did then.
