Uncle Arthur, Of course we drink. We need a good drink every now and again. But it's not like we go out drinking all the time... So you are quiting now. He doesn't. T^T I don't. I have, like, no money. love and roses, Elena Jones P.S: Ok. When I was still little, Dad would always say you were his big brother. So, because of that, I always called you Uncle. It stuck after all this time.

Dear Mamà, Okay. I'll try not to. Si... sadly, French Guiana is the female latin american version of France... And I think Guyana called her sister Suriname a... tsundere, I think? Which I don't get. I've been called a tsundere on certain occasions as well. What does it mean? Con amor, Micos

Dear Sicily,
You're welcome. I'm starting to already hate when she is right if it causes her to be smug. Do you want to have a fake fight at the next meeting just to show her that she can't make us get along?
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Dear New York,
I'm just surprised because America represents a nineteen year old so that would mean none of you are legally allowed to drink. I need to quit because it gets me in trouble and it's making Wales hate me more.
If you don't have any money start making him pay back everything he owes you. Once you get all your money back make sure he never gets any of it back.
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland
P.S. Why would I be angry over that?

Dear Belize,
Thank you for staying happy for me.
That must be interesting to have someone who acts like the frog all the time. Don't worry about what it means. Just forget anyone called you that okay?
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Dear Mamà, De nada Mamà. Well, I normally stay away from her because big sister Guatemala doesn't want me to get raped, as she's said. Okay... but I'm still curious as to what it means... Con amor, Micos

Dear Belize,
If they are like France that just means they just flirt and try to make you uncomfortable but never go fear enough to sleep with you against your will.
If you want to know what it means look it up because I will not tell you.
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Mr. England,
Ve, that's good! I've been a bit busy, personally. I have a lot of work to do because of mio Prime Minister, Lovi has been off spending time with Antonio so he's leaving it all to me, and Luddi is ignoring my calls and my visits because he's worried about the economy over in Mr. America's place. So I've been better, but I've been trying new pasta recipes and sending them to other nations to see how they taste so I'm okay! A-and I wanted to send you pasta! I'm so surprised that youre still healthy, ve! Si, the wedding was wonderful! It was like something out of one of your stories!
B-but just because you didn't get along in the past doesn't mean that you can't now! Maybe if you try being nicer to Hamish even if he's not being nice to you. Maybe if you apologize for the things you've done in the past to upset him? Him being nice to you won't happen overnight, Mr. England! Ve, if you make the first step and then continue with what you started then it'll have to work for you! Family is all you have in the long run, Mr. England, and I want you to have people to look to like I do to Lovi!
...Me despiace. I shouldn't butt into your life like this, ve! Please don't be mad!
Repubblica Italiana, Veneziano Feliciano Vargas

Dear Arthur,
I don't care, it's still bullying to an extreme....
I have to admit...we've had rough patches and I'd rather not think of you as my parent figure like Belize does but never mind. Apparently he tries to touch everyone like that...though I've not seen him in years.
Sincerely, St Lucia

Dear Belize,
I'm sorry Guatemala is being over protective but trust me it's nicer to have someone be protective than not anyone protecting you.
I'll explain it since you want to know so bad. A tsundere means someone who is rather cold to people butt ends up warning up to people and being lovey dovey. Does that help?
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Dear Italy,
I heard from everyone that you are rather busy so I'm surprised you're taking the time to write letters when you could be doing paperwork. Romano isn't helping you with the paperwork? Italy you need to tell him that you wont do his part of the paperwork or he'll never help you! Germany is worried about America? I didn't think Germany cared about the git but I'm rather worried for him too. I hope America is doing okay. You shouldn't allow yourself to be distracted by making new pasta! I'm not a fan of pasta so you don't need to send me any. Why wouldn't I still be healthy? My cooking is good! I almost cried while watching the wedding. I haven't seen anything so beautiful in a while.
Italy you don't know anything about my family. If being nice would make Scotland civil towards me I would have tried long ago. You don't seem to know that Scotland uses me as a punching bag when he is upset over something. He hurts me even when he's upset with someone else. Showing him respect doesn't help at all. I can't apologize for what I did in the past because both Scotland and Wales don't want me any where near them. Family isn't there for me. Only recently has Ireland started caring about me but in the past all of my siblings used to hurt him if I went near them. I didn't have siblings to be there for me. The only friend I had back then was France but he even used to pick on me and make me cry. Why should I apologize when they all hated me since birth? Scotland partly hates me for looking like our mother so unless I stop having her face he wont ever like me.
You're right Italy, you shouldn't stick your nose into my business! You know nothing about me or my family life!
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Dear Sofia,
Even if it's bullying there isn't anything I can do about it unless I decided to give up the union. I don't know if that would destroy the economy or not.
Don't worry about it. I rather not be seen as a parental figure to any of my colonies because I don't want a child of mine to say they hate me. Even if it's my own fault I don't think I could take hearing someone I raise tell me how much they detest me. He does try to touch everyone like that but he gets worse with me. When France does younger he wasn't a flirt like he is now. I wish he was just a bully like he was back then instead of both.
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland

Dear England,
Yes, sadly I'm still a bit poorly. Oh, it's ok. Thank you for the offer, but I don't want you to go to any trouble for me. Besides, I've looked after myself since 1922! I can get through a recession in no time. But thanks for worrying about me. Eh, your cooking isn't that bad. Yep! And thank you. We're really happy together, we have so much in common it seems, and she really makes me smile. And blush... a lot...
Wow. Thank you, Artie. I love you (as a brother, obviously). Yeah, I won't hurt you any more. I did quite a lot back when we were kids... and with the whole IRA thing... But I won't now! Promise!
Scotland seems to have anger management issues at the moment. I really hope he does forgive me. I misunderstood his accent and got all mad at him over nothing.
Oh, really? I wonder why we get on now, then. Maybe someday our other brothers will stop picking on you and we can all be a great big happy family! That would be lovely.
With love and luck, Iona Kirkland-O'Hara (Ireland)

Dear Arthur,
Well it probably would, I mean I remember when that Cadbury stuff where you are used to be cheap...
Thank goodness, no offense I'm kind of glad...we don't look alike. It's not your fault...we're all just weirdos you have a bad choice in picking colonies. See...some people really like France but obviously he's, an interesting character.
Sincerely, Sofia Alexander
