Gruss Gott,
Hello to the world, this is Austria, as many of you already know. If you prefer, you may call me Roderich. Do not hesitate to write. I will be awaiting your letters as long as they are the type that are socially acceptable. Vulgarity and other such nonsense will not be tolerated and rightfully ignored. (meaning that I will be very displeased if a certain Prussian bothers to stop for one)
Danke Schon,
Roderich Eldenstein, Oesterreich
((sorry if its a little lame or too much off the old one.. *sheepish*))

Lieber Roderich,
.. how are..you..? (*a bit of strain for a multiple reasons*) If you can handle a gun, there is no need to worry about Prussia writing. Just a question, but are you prepared for the olympics this year?

Rakousko,
Ahoj, Rakousko*. Jak se máš? My boss, of course, wanted me to talk to you because I sure as hell wouldn't talk to you just on my own. In the recent years we've gotten along a bit, but I don't think we've really spoken much since the borders became un-attended. Bože, you can't take nuclear systems here, ano? Anyways, send me a letter. I'm sure our governments would be happy if we got closer *shifts uncomfortably*

Mr. Austria,
It has been so long! How are you? Are you in good health? Joseph and I have been very worried about you, along with just about everyone else, and if you are unaware about Joseph's condition, I think it is best that you know. He had been so lovesick over you that the mere thought of you became unbearably painful to him, so he had taken a potion to forget all about you...Seeing that you two had been so close, I thought it would be a vital piece of information.
Besides that, I would really like to see you soon, if that is okay. Just like the old times, igen?
Sincerely, Elizabeta

Lieber Roderich,
thank God for this sign of life. Everybody I have talked to has been worried about your sudden absence, even Gilbert even if I am sure that he won't admit it. Your older brother Joseph has been unbearable, because he wouldn't stop asking if anyone had heard from you... Admittedly he had been pretty quiet about it lately, now that I think about it... However, it is a relief to hear from you. How have you been doing? I hope you are well.
Viele Grüße, Ludwig

Hello Vash,
I see you've some how managed to keep your temper in check. I am well. And how are you? Interesting that you would write. Hmph. A good scolding, a disaproving word or two, and a gun is not needed. I would much rather calm such predicaments with words, thank you. Though, it is a rather tempting offer. Ja, I am, and are you?

Hello Czech,
Hello, it has been a while, hasn't it not. I am fine, thank you. I think it would be best for me to simply explain that the feeling is mutual: And leave it at that. Ja, you've noticed.. indeed it has been a while, obviously. Hmph..I will not make any promises, but it was kind of you to offer up a chance to write you. Ja, I am sure they will.

Hello Ludvig,
What are you talking about you silly man? Sign of life? They have been worried about me..? Well sh-shame on them, they should know better then to get themselves worked up over something so trivial as e-extra hours in the office. It's only obvious that the fool would not admit something such as this.. he does not need to worry about me, so no matter. Joseph worried.. I apologize, it isn't in my nature to repeat a statement, but I've found myself dumbfounded. Is Joseph alright now? I can not believe he would worry others over me. It is good to hear from you too, after so long. I have been doing well, dispite popular belief. Thank you. And how are you, Germany?

Lieber Roderich,
you know what I am talking about. I am the last person to talk when it comes to doing extra hours at work, but you could have dropped us a line to let us know that you were all right. You wouldn't have been the first one to collapse under his workload after all. I am relieved that this wasn't the case and that you are well. Never would Gilbert admit it, unfortunately. Ja, Joseph is doing fine. But there is something you should probably know, even if I can't give you any details... Joseph doesn't remember you anymore. Thank you, I am well. ... Recovering, let's put it that way. I am recovering, but feeling a lot better than some weeks ago. No need to worry, Roderich.
Viele Grüße, Ludwig

Hello Ludvig,
I admit to you that I did not leave you all in the dark intentionally.. that was far beyond my control, and I'd rather not discuss it. If I could have, then I would have. Ja, you do indeed work an awful lot, Ludvig. It does not matter. I'm glad to hear that. I regret not contacting him. Vwhat..?? You're being silly, as that cannot be possible. How..?
Recovering from what exactly? Leaving off like that is bound to stir worry.

Lieber Roderich,
if you don't want to talk about it, I won't question any further. But the way you put it, it sure sounds like a cause for concern. You know, when you need assistance, you can always turn to me or one of my brothers, only Gilbert is probably not the best choice... ... It would have been good if you had contacted him. Oh je... I am not sure how to tell you... and I don't know too much about it anyway, since I was only given the short version of the explanation myself... However, obviously Joseph couldn't bear being ignored anymore and took a potion that erased all his memories of you. Even though he knew that it was one-sided, he has been in love with you for a long time, Roderich.
Entschuldige, I didn't mean to worry you. It is just a bit unpleasant for me to talk about it... A few months ago I overworked myself until I collapsed, and only a little later... someone broke my heart. But I assure you that I am well and there is no need to worry. I hope you have been doing better, Roderich.
Viele Grüße, Ludwig

Roderich,
Just tell everyone why you've been gone so long. Now. Lots of people were freaked out.

I- I'd l-love to tell you all what has been keeping me from contacting anyone but it is none of your concern, so please pay my absence no mind. People were not too concered, I'm sure. - Roderich Edelstein Austria
