Dear Russia,
It doesn't matter if I have been called worse or not because you have no right to speak to me in that manner.
You should care because it's wrong to hurt other people even if you didn't mean to hurt them. What does it matter if they broke you heart? I have been hurt and heart broken before but I don't use that for a reason to hurt others. Back when I was a pirate everyone was hurting each other and fighting for land! You can't use that against me.
I was being clear you just let things you find unimportant slip your mind.
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland
P.S. I'm not acting spoiled. I'm acting my age while you insult me for no reason. I sign my letters with my name because it is proper but you should only address a nation by their human name if you're their friend.

Sincerely, Scotland Dear Scotland, Because I don't speak anything close to your language in either dialects, of course. It's quite difficult to compare my own native languages to your own. Sure, yours can be compared slightly to English, but it's still difficult simply because it's got all of these words that don't seem to have close equivalents. So are you saying that I should see Matthew when he is angry, or not? It's difficult to even understand you when it involves simple things such as that! You're utterly impossible! Now I sound like Arthur even in my writing. I should stop talking to him. That would stop that... I don't see how I'm acting like a brat, unless you're referring to Alfred. All people act childish sometimes, even when they're as important as we are. If you could consider any one of us "human". We are very strange for people... Dosvidannia, Ivan

Dear Arthur, I will continue to write in the same way I have been. If I offend you, you could always stop writing back. Nobody is holding a gun to your head and commanding that you continuously send correspondence. If you're sick of the way I'm behaving through writing, just stop writing back! I deal with people how I deal with them. Which reflects how I was raised. And it was a dark part of your past, whereas my dark moment was in my past. Now that we're thinking like adults, we can move on from that, yes? And I don't keep things that are unimportant such as people we're arguing over reserved in my mind. Dosvidannia, Russia P.S. Or I could keep writing your name because we know one another and have been friends.

Dear Ivan, England's formal. It annoys me. I think it's because it makes him feel like a gentleman or something. I refuse to be formal unless my bosses tells me to. If I don't do what they tell me to, they cut off my Guinness supply. So I listen to them. I think you're right there. In some ways it can be fun though. Oh that's great! So, next week? Come on Monday or something. I don't really mind. L-little one...? With love and luck, Iona Iona, Perhaps he's formal because he believes it to be necessary. Or maybe I'm incorrect. I'm not one to judge; he's not very formal or gentlemanly to me at all. Rather, he likes to crush me down-- No, he's not so bad. He just doesn't know that not everyone will follow what he likes. Well, I tend to try and find some sort of fun in everything. Not because I enjoy the idea, but because I need something to pass the time with. And when your boss wants you to take care of many things at once, trying to look forward to something fun is the best course of action. I will come as soon as possible! I call everyone little one because they're smaller than me! Dosvidannia, Ivan Braginsky

Dear Russia,
I'm not saying you can't write the way you are. What I'm saying it I don't want to be insulted by you when I'm doing nothing wrong. Even if I'm offend I'm following my bosses orders and trying to become closer to other nations that I usually don't communicate with. Over the years we have never been close so I'm suppose to send you letters even if you don't want me to. Russia I thought you wanted to make friends too.
I don't have any knowledge of how you were raised. We have dark moments in history but we still shouldn't bully other nations because we have the power to. If you want we can move on from this.
Shouldn't you try remembering what you're talking to other nations about? I bet you don't even remember destroying Busby's chair!
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland
P.S. When were we ever friends? We are suppose to be trying to make friends not anger each other.

Dear Ivan,
Hm, I think he does it to try and come across as polite. Really? I thought he would be to you. Crushes you down? I'm surprised. I can have a word with him, if you'd like. He shouldn't be doing that. It's just rude.
That sounds like a good attitude to have. Even if it is only to pass the time, it's better than hanging around and acting bored all day. Boss' can be really stupid sometimes. They always get mad at you if you hand in your paperwork slightly late... grr...
That's good. It'll be nice to see you. Umm... I guess that makes sense. You are pretty big....
With love and luck, Iona

We are suppose to be trying to make friends not anger each other. Arthur, I would sincerely hope that I'm not offending you. But I am an honest, simple man. If I believe something, I'm going to comment and act upon it. I'm sorry if that offends you. I am also partly being forced to write these on account of my leader, and I must say I myself am not too happy about the idea. I do want to be friends, but you started arguing with me over Matthew. If you would care to know, I can write you up a very detailed manuscript on my past. I'm sure you would enjoy reading that. You do like good, strong, emotional literature, right? I've been trying to move on with you ever since we solved the fiasco you started to begin our correspondence. I do remember Busby's Chair, but I need some time to clear my head. As I've tried explaining to you, the modern world's space travel is now on me, since Alfred was forced out of it. Dosvidannia, Russia P.S. I believe we've tried a few times, Arthur. I'm trying to address you as a friend by writing your human name.

My boss is typically lenient, especially because of everything that's going on lately. I do stretch across two continents! Dosvidannia, Russia

Dear Russia,
It is a good thing for you to be honest about things but I rather you not insult me by not keeping such thoughts to yourself. When you're thinking of something that might be taken as being rude or upset others you should refrained from saying it. Well if you wish to not speak to me and only are because your boss is telling you to tell me now because if so I would not write another letter to you. I know I started the fight but wouldn't you be upset if someone was causing pain to someone you care about such as Ukraine?
I enjoy literature such as that so if you want feel free to tell me your entire life story and I will listen without insulting or interrupting you. There is no need to tell me the story though because I will not tell you mine. You're free to tell said story if you wish.
Alfred can't take care of that anymore so it's safe to leave those matters to you instead of a git like him.
Sincerely, Arthur Kirkland
P.S. Even when we were allies I saw you as a threat not a friend. Then would you want me to address you as Ivan instead of Russia?

Dear Ivan,
I'm glad it's ok but he shouldn't have said that. Are you sure there's nothing I can say to him or do that would help?
Lucky you. Have you been affected badly by the recession?
Yep. You're really big. Biggest country in the world, in fact.
With love and luck, Iona

You're really big. Biggest country in the world, in fact. With love and luck, Iona Iona, If I begin relying on other people, then I'll be seen as weak. Isn't that what typically happens in the eyes of others? Friendships are okay; codependence brings that to a whole new level. The recession? No, I've been pretty stable. Some things are beginning to fall, since a lot of people are leaving me since I'm no longer commanding and dictatorial. I am lucky to have so much land. Dosvidannia, Russia
