If you get the title reference without seeing an explanation you get a cookie.
Weaver and I need a place to chat about fic that isn't the OOC and isn't spamming reviews and so here we be.
The rest of you can come in as well and talk about fic, just explaining why this is being started.
~~~ Anywho Weaver.
What do you think? Should I go ahead and start posting some of the others while I try to get Once In Love Finished, oh most wonderful Italian Authoress.
MWA HA HA! IT'S ALIIIIIIIVEEEE!
*sighs* the only problem I have with one of them is that there are supposed to be letters from Alfred to his big brother over history, at least 3 or 4 from important historical events between the Civil War and the present that he was never able to send before and I suck at trying to figure out what would work.
The rest of the story is done, but history's not a strong point.
I'll probably put that one (Letters in a box/more than pride) and Penpal (England) into one thread 'cause Penpal's short and it involves the same characters in the central issues.
I can probably post most of Prussia's although it's spoilerish on Once in Love, but the end of Once in Love that's up is already attempting to hint that way...
And then I need to get the Germans to finish cooperating too... almost forgot about them... and Kumajirou *far too many fics in this verse*
*laughs* I had too many ideas all at once and I can work some of them out but some are harder. I'll start posting what I have 'though.
What I wind up doing is typing all my idea's out and then piecing together what goes first while I can move it around on the computer.
I started with a single idea in a dark future with attempted forcing of a CanadaxAmerica relationship (which is halfway there but cannot be posted till after the others) and then I wound up delving into the past of that world and each character who's a main in it started to get their own bits and I've been trying to work them all out. I have a document that tells me what happens when on the timeline.
I've been enjoying it and in the end some bits all tie back to the prologue which I like. Even if it meant staying up late drawing a diagram until the characters were happy with me having expressed an elemental/attribute guardianship accurately.
^-^ technically part 2 of More Than Pride this story isn't at all what I expected it to be and I'm not sure it's complete, but I also can't figure out where to go next with it.
Yeah, I have the LES (loose-ends syndrome) where I'll write something and then never finish it. XD
Me too *hugs* We should start a support group, but we'd probably drop out before it was successful.
I have no idea when this chapter decided to run on its own and go into nation birth theory, I'm not even sure it's part of "more than pride" anymore, but I'm posting it as soon as I format it for here.
Our sad disease.
*shrugs* It's still epic though. (as usual) and now I feel like I should post the next chapter of my story in return...
Oh woe are we.
I'm glad you like it.
You don't have to if you don't want to. I've just had all this sitting around written for months now ;;^.^
