Dear Japan,
How are you? I'm so sorry I haven't written in such a long time. We seemed to loose touch just when we were planning on meeting up at some point! Well, I just thought I'd drop you a note to see what you're up to and how you're doing.
With love and luck, Ireland Iona "Inny" O'Neill

Kiku,
She doesn't usually, but I haven't been able to give her much attention due to work, and it was her way of showing she wasn't happy with me.
I know you always do your best where you can, and yes, please remember your limitations. I would hate for you to hurt yourself by forgetting how much you can do.
I am doing good, finally able to take a much needed break and I am enjoying it.

Japan-
Thank yew, and the garden does make the yard look nice and it is calming despite the noise and clamor of urban living. Well yes, I do brew it some times but not as much now. Back during the Revolution my tea was in high demand since the colonists couldn't get any from China because of the war. It tastes a lot like black tea except that it doesn't have any caffeine. Now though, it's mainly used for medicinal purposes. You should try it, it's good.
I understand, and I know but I was referring to recreational riding but that's good. Yeah... Ceres is quite loyal... I had her as long as I could remember. She's an old girl and very reliable. She isn't my only pet. I also have Sparky who's a demon known as the Jersey Devil. Unlike the myths based on him... He's not an evil, scary creature but more of a trickster. Maybe... And like you said, if we could arrange it, I will look forward to it.

Nyujaji-shu,
Indeed, nature does help in calming a person. I see. Tea is delicious ne? I see. That sounds quite good for your economy then. I see. Perhaps I will. We shall see.
Recreational riding...? Is that so...? It seems like Pochi and Tama then. They tend to leave a very long time. A Demon..? I would like to hear more of this pet of yours. I am sure it would be interesting. Yes. Perhaps.

Irelando-san,
I am doing well all things considering. How about you?
Yes, it seems so. It was unfortunate, but perhaps we could reconcile our interests agian?
Thank you. I am doing, as I said, well, all things considering. I hope things are well with you. Are you still interested in Hetaloid?

Japan-
Yeah... I guess. It's not like that you can buy it commercially. But does work wonders for me whenever I feel sick.
Oh cool, you have some pets too? What kind of pets are Pochi and Tama? They seem very interesting. And yeah, I have a demon. Sparky, is quite a mischievous little guy and he likes to play tricks on people. Sadly, most people don't understand him and only think that the Jersey Devil is just some evil creature from the Pine Barrens. I remember when I was a little kid (before he became my pet) I used to believe those legends. One day I heard a weird noise coming from outside and I started to walk in the dark with my lantern on and he appeared. I remember jumping back a bit before realizing that he was hurt. So I took him inside the house begged my older brother Connecticut to help me fix him up and ever since then he was my pet.
And that would be great.

Nyujajishu-san
You cannot...? Ah... I suppose that is why I could not find any.... Anou... perhaps we could have a tea exchange....? Tea does that, yes. It is wonderful.
Yes I do. Pochi is my dog and Tama is my cat. I also have a bunny and a hamster..... Thank you. I enjoy the company of my pets. They always make me feel better. Tama and Pochi are quite close with each other, which is good.
I see.. I hope these tricks are not harmful ones. Oh..? He was a legend...? That... is very interesting story. It is very.. sweet. Yes, sweet. It is good that you helped him. Freindships can grow from acts of kindess.

Japan-
Oh sure! That would be great!
Cool, they seem to be wonderful companions. It is good that they get along. Most people tend to have the notion that cats and dogs can't get along, but that's only a stereotype. You are a good owner and friend to them, which is good.
Oh, no. None of them are harmful! And yes, he was and still is quite a legend. There are many stories about the Jersey Devil. Though it was mainly the American Revolutionists that came up with most of the myths to discriminate against the Pineys or people who live in the Pine Barrens but, the legend was the Lenni Lenape tribe of Native Americans. They thought of Sparky not as an evil demon, but as I said a trickster. They also think of him as the guardian of the forest and everything in it. And in a way, his stories kept the Pine Barrens safe from getting destroyed by humans because they are afraid of him. Yes, it is. Thank you, and he is a great friend to me.

Nyujajishu-san,
Thank you. I have sent some of my Ocha and Kocha.... but these are quite normal teas... Do you have any preferences?
They are. They have helped me alot in my journey. Indeed. There have been many times where I have seen Poshi carrying Tama around, for some reason. Thank you for your complement.
That is good then. I see... Though it is true that sometimes legends and myths are there to prevent people from acting in a certain way. I suppose the reason why it grew was because they found sme value in creating the legend..? It could be. It is of no problem.

Japan-
It was no problem at all! Cool. I bet that they'll taste good too. I'm sending some New Jersey Tea from the Garden, and some Sassafrass Tea (made from Sassafrass roots). Nah, I don't really have a preference when it comes to tea. Cawffee is also good too.
Oh, that sounds quite sweet. And your welcome.
Yeah, that is true. And I agree.

------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1) Though New Jersey Tea is the only tea plant native to North America, the Native Americans did make a wide variety of herbal teas such as mint, juniper, sassafrass, honey, and sumac as forms of medicine. The Cherokees... the tribe that my family is apart of... Are the ones who are more well known for herbal teas. 2) Cawfee- That's how people pronounce the word "Coffee" in New Jersey and New York and Rhode Island.

Japan-
No problem! And thank you very much for the tea. I had some of it this morning and it was very good! Nice, fragrant, and quite smoothing. Yeah, I like to drink cawffee, mainly in the morning before work. I don't really like the fancy types... I prefer plain with milk and a little bit of sugar. It's a good pick-me-up.
Again yew are welcome, and thank yew for the tea that yew sent.

Nyujajishu-san,
Ahh... Your tea is indeed very delicious. I enjoyed it very much. It is a pity that you do not sell it... Thank you. I believe all the best teas are. Ah, I see... I much prefer tea though as I said, coffee does have it's uses.
It was of no problem.

Japan-
Thank yew and I'm glad that yew liked it. Well, yeah... I just don't sell it commercially, but I do sell them to pharmaceutical companies and other companies to use the leaves, root, and root bark of the plant to make medicine for people who need it. I agree. And that is understandable.
